Blues Jam Factory is a high impact and low maintenance learning tool which helps companies deliver their business message in any forum – from Corporate Conferences, to Planning and Strategy Sessions, Team and Company Mergers and Off-Site Meetings. A valuable additional string to the bow of Corporate Coaches, Trainers and Events Management Companies.
This unique workshop helps delegates with differing levels of skill and experience to work together on an achievable challenge - to learn to play the Blues Harmonica. The learning strategies and thinking skills they develop will help them to absorb information more rapidly and to produce creative answers to problems.
Blues Jam Factory is generally a one hour workshop and includes:

The post workshop debrief is an additional service to draw out the shared learning experiences and how they can be incorporated into the workplace to achieve company objectives and enhance performance. This is a vital element of the Blues Jam Factory experience – for both participants and for clients. We work closely with several Professional Coaches who can facilitate this, alternatively clients may wish to take responsibility for this themselves.
